Our elite training program offers unparalleled expertise and commitment to advanced wrestlers to grow in their skillset and abilities to compete at the highest levels
Seasonal Program
Sessions offered for wrestlers at different ability levels for all grade levels focusing on teaching foundational skills, promoting resilience, and highlighting critical instruction to learn the sport and become a competitive wrestler.
High School Training
Offer space and expertise for area high school wrestlers to grow and evolve in their training beyond their high school programs. Presents opportunities to learn from elite coaches as well as train with different training partners.
Fall 2025 – 2026 Folkstyle Competition Program

Rampage Wrestling Club’s competition team is a program tailored to athletes that are committed to a dedicated, intense season focused on discipline, respect, and growth. Competition-level wrestlers are committing to a six-month season, purchasing Rampage kit, and participating in multiple weekend tournaments, concluding the season with Rumble in Reno
Practice Times: T/Th 5:30 – 7:00 pm

Cost: $120 per month
Fall/Winter 2025 – 2026 High School Training
Session Dates: 9/2/2025 – 2/28/2026

Focused instruction for area high school wrestlers to receive additional training and coaching from an elite coaching staff to further support their local high school programs. Sessions will include instruction on technique and live wrestling and allow wrestlers to connect with different training partners to further enhance their individual growth.
Practice Times: M/Th 7:00 – 8:30 pm

Cost: $90 per month
RWC Winter Training Program
Session Dates: October 6 – January 28

Promote an appreciation for the sport of wrestling through competitive development, training in fundamentals and advanced techniques, for wrestlers who are dedicated to the sport for the winter season. Ideal program for wrestlers who are multi-sport athletes or for those wanting to try wrestling as a new sport, receiving training from an elite coaching staff. Options to compete in area wrestling tournaments and purchase Rampage gear!
